Her passing was shared in a public statement by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Details of the Diagnosis
In a personal essay this past fall, she disclosed that she had been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer with a rare mutation.
This form of cancer is a malignancy that affects the body's blood-forming tissues.
The family has requested privacy as they cope with their sorrow.
